30 days to be sure.

Unused items in original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product price.

Items showing wear, missing packaging, or returned after 30 days may receive a partial refund or be declined.

1. Email returns@fend.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and the destination address.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email returns@fend.co within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such on the product page are not returnable.
