Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the fulfillment center.
Delivery windows
United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and customs inspections can extend transit.
Tracking

Customs & duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email support@fend.co with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
